Focaccia Bread & Pumpkin Seed Oil Dip

Warm focaccia torn and dipped into a pool of roasted pumpkin seed oil with a swirl of balsamic. Simple, social, and irresistible.

Ingredients

  • Warm focaccia bread (store-bought or homemade)
  • Roasted pumpkin seed oil
  • Aged balsamic vinegar
  • Flaky sea salt
  • Optional: fresh cracked black pepper, dried chili flakes

Directions

  1. Pour a generous pool of roasted pumpkin seed oil onto a shallow plate or dipping dish.
  2. Add a swirl of aged balsamic vinegar through the centre.
  3. Finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt and cracked pepper.
  4. Tear warm focaccia into pieces and dip.
