Focaccia Bread & Pumpkin Seed Oil Dip
Warm focaccia torn and dipped into a pool of roasted pumpkin seed oil with a swirl of balsamic. Simple, social, and irresistible.

Ingredients
- Warm focaccia bread (store-bought or homemade)
- Roasted pumpkin seed oil
- Aged balsamic vinegar
- Flaky sea salt
- Optional: fresh cracked black pepper, dried chili flakes
Directions
- Pour a generous pool of roasted pumpkin seed oil onto a shallow plate or dipping dish.
- Add a swirl of aged balsamic vinegar through the centre.
- Finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt and cracked pepper.
- Tear warm focaccia into pieces and dip.
