What Is Roasted Pumpkin Seed Oil?

One ingredient. Centuries of tradition. A deep, nutty flavour that turns everyday meals into something worth talking about.

Cold pressed after prior roasting from Austrian heirloom pumpkins - the same seeds that have made the Styrian region's "green gold" famous across Europe. A finishing oil, not a cooking oil — drizzle it on at the end and taste the difference.

Our pumpkin seed oil is 100% natural. We do not use any chemicals solvents or additives for extraction. We only use the same pressing method that has been passed down for generations.
